I read the reviews here, but was desperate due to COVID-19 and went through with the interview process anyway. STAY AWAY!!! One of the worst experiences ever was interviewing with Veeva. Excellent interview process. Loved the candidate exercise. The process is very company-centric and not accommodating if you have any other deadlines coming up. Started with a phone screening, first interview, case study presentation, then a final interview. Dealing with Veeva is like finding a dollar on the ground, and when you go to grab the money, the dollar keeps moving, letting you know someone is yanking your chain.
Contrary to many of the reviews on Glassdoor, I enjoyed the process and the case study. Get hired. Interview I applied through Handshake, got an email from a recruiter within a week, set up a 45 min video conference, continued to the candidate exercise, where you are given a week to prepare an hour-long presentation to their "client" about how to use the software, give education materials i.e. I made the mistake of telling them I had a deadline and they didn't care at all so I accepted … I communicated with 4 different Veeva employees over the entire process. veeva will keep on interviewing you even if they are not sure that they have place in their professional services.
You should be very careful asking the next steps every time.
