ET, Sephora adds new rewards to its Rewards Bazaar, which is found both online and in-stores.Sephora is constantly changing which freebies are offered to its Beauty Insider members, so members will always have new rewards to choose from. So in 2019, VIB members can choose one of the following three choices: 500 bonus points, two makeovers to share or keep (no purchase required), or free shipping on purchases of $35 purchases on Sephora.com. Explore our unrivaled selection of makeup, skin care, fragrance and more from classic and emerging brands The best way for customers to save money and get free beauty products at Sephora is by joining its Beauty Insider Program. For the year, they can choose one of three perks: additional points in their account; free 2-day shipping (on orders over US$35 for VIB members); or a select amount of Makeup Deluxe Makeover experiences, providing members with full-face makeovers they can share with their friends throughout the year.“These exciting new benefits are intended to give Beauty Insiders more of what they love, and underscore our appreciation for our most loyal clients.”The retailer is offering exclusive benefits including birthday gifts, free shipping, new sets from Drunk Elephant and Kat Von D and moreBeauty retailer Sephora is updating its Beauty Insider loyalty programme for 2019, bringing beauty fans even more personalised rewards.Across three tiers – Insider, VIB and Rouge – the programme rewards loyal customers with benefits including points for their purchases at Sephora, which can be redeemed for exclusive products and services. It's item 7 in the terms & conditions here: !  They've lost their customer service.Sephora is honestly just getting worse and worse. VIB or Rouge status in 2019 will be able to choose one of three benefits for the year: a one-time points bonus, complimentary makeovers or free express shipping. They've cut down on samples TREMENDOUSLY, made all the tiers basically the same, and are now cutting back on makovers? Sometimes I loved the look and bought things. In 2019, if you hit either of the top two tiers in the Beauty Inside program, you can either add 750 points to your balance if you become VIB Rouge and 500 points if you become a VIB. This certainly implies that there will no longer be free custom makeovers for Rouge in 2019 even though it doesn’t explicitly state there won’t be (that’s marketing for you, always a spin and polish) This is something that current VIBs trying to hit Rouge for this perk, as well as current Rouge and Rerougers should be aware of.I've used this benefit 1-2x's per year.  Never abused and usually ended up spending more than $50/session, eventhough free via ROUGE benefit.  Over the past months, I've felt lied to and deceived about the Free Makeover Benefit.  I've had some cast members tell me the make over could only be booked online.  NONE AVAILABLE FOR ANY DAY!  I've called customer service and have been told it's best to talk with the store.  Other cast members have told me they open online two weeks prior to date, while still another told me 1 week prior to date.  Today I've called again to see if an appointment could be booked and was told the number had been reduced to TWO, that's right TWO available bookings at any given time.  They fill up immediately.  Store used to do 10-15 at any given time.  I was also told the likelihood of pop-in Mini was very slim.    I can get my regularly used products directly from the DRUNK ELEPHANT site and forget Sephora.    I've even found the Rouge Help Hotline USELESS in getting product answers! Rouge should have kept a free makeover option but simply limited them to a handful a year or perhaps one a month. It's really crappy to spend $1000 at a single store for a rewards program that's far too similar to the lower tiers. So in 2019, VIB members can choose one of the following three choices: 500 bonus points, two makeovers to share or keep (no purchase required), or free shipping on purchases of $35 purchases on Sephora.com. More points (Rouge members can add 750 points to their account and VIB can add 500), shareable makeovers (Rouge members can choose to share four Makeup Deluxe Full-Face Makeover experiences—a $200 value—with friends or family over the year, and VIB members may keep or share two, a $100 value), or the final option, free shipping (Rouge may choose free Flash (2-day) shipping, while VIB members can choose to receive free shipping for orders over $35).Told you they were all good changes. This will change throughout the year with January's option being cult brand Milk Makeup's Kush Mascara and Cooling Water.Andrea Zaretsky, Senior Vice President of CRM and Loyalty for Sephora, said: “Not only are we offering more rewards, but we are offering more choice at every rewards moment to make her journey feel personal.Instead of a gift, they can also opt to add 250 bonus points to their account.Meanwhile, Sephora is also allowing VIB and Rouge level members to personalise their programme for their beauty needs.
