It’s the one app that doesn’t give me any headaches since it’s a breeze to use! Guided me to buy the right product and help me get the app downloaded! Very user friendly, easy to navigate, filters and sort options make it easy to hone in the products to purchase. They carry amazing products, and their brand label is great as well! When you try to use the website online instead of the app it will automatically take you back to the app. Buy makeup you love right from the app! I really wish there was more then the virtual try on because the last thing I’m going to trust is a picture of a girl with what looks like the spray paint effect on ‘paint’ overlaid on her. this is probably one of my fav apps even just to scroll through and look at the pretty products but... the search function has been awful recently. Second is, the “find product in store” option, with the recent update it seems to never work. While looking to restock previous purchases my history had been altered to list items I recently purchased to be listed as if they were purchased in 2010. The only annoying problem is, it always signs me out! !Everything is easy to locate. But I don’t understand why it only works when using data. Also the zip code I provide pops up as different city. It’s great, until you want to return something. The app is super slow overall. First of all, some products have videos on their pages, and I have NEVER had sound on these videos. Have to continually sign in even when you hit the tab that says “keep me signed in”. Sephora seems to have 1 general model who appears to be a beautiful Asian lady, I’m sorry but she can’t be every color of foundation you carry!! This doesn’t, I tried it on a computer desktop, laptop, tablet and my Android cell, and only some of the makeup works or doesn’t change shades at all, its not offered on all makeup, and it occasionally crash dumps. Use digital makeovers to try out the latest styles and looks. The closest Sephora to me is inside a JCP, if I run out of something and I need to just pop in I’d like to know if they’re available there or not.
