The winner and his family will be honored at the annual Paul Hornung Award dinner at the Galt House Hotel in downtown Louisville on March 2021. More recently in 2019, in addition to his 35 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, three interceptions, three pass breakups, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery, Jamison returned a kickoff 98 yards for a score in Texas’ win over Rice, and returned a blocked PAT 90 yards for a two-point conversion in a two-point win over Kansas.Throughout his 26 appearances, which includes 10 starts, Jamison has been most notably utilized at cornerback, as a punt returner, as a kick returner, and even as a wide receiver during his freshman campaign.When the 2020 season ultimately arrives, the Longhorns will feature one of the nation’s most versatile talents in D’Shawn’s Jamison.
