It won't be the same company in 6mo. Getting an annual raise is an exception at this company, not a rule. Switching to someone who was not onsite and who had no clue what I did was very stressful,They are a good company to work for overall.better salary needed and better work life balanceThey insured that my workspace was ergonomic and comfortableWe always hired the best candidate regardless of protected class. Horrible insurance.The pay in not equal. Management easy to work with Top quality clients. And was told I had a good chance of going full time.
Initial salary was good but in the almost 10 years I've worked for them, I have only received a total of $5000 in raises, which is only a total of 6%. - Possible
Good Skill and ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them. Its a good time to get away from this company.While there was some mandatory overtime, for the most part it was just a 40-50 week.When I initially started with CompuCom, the culture/environment was excellent - I felt that CompuCom truly cared about me and wanted to ensure that I took my vacation so that I wouldn't get burnt out. A full-time position would be even better.
